Natural beauty by Val love when you’re happy. We stand behind our beauty products, and we want to make sure you’re always satisfied. If not, we will make your return process easy and seamless. All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Only products purchased on NaturalbeautybyVal.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items and return them to inventory.
